What fitness level is required?

Each expedition has specific requirements detailed in the trip description. Generally, participants should be comfortable walking 8-15 kilometers daily over varied terrain. We provide fitness guidelines and preparation tips upon booking.

What is included in the price?

All expeditions include guide services, accommodations, meals during the trip, activity equipment, and local transportation. Airfare to meeting points, travel insurance, and personal items are participant responsibility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations 60+ days before departure. 50% refund for 30-59 days. No refund within 30 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip interruption.

Do you offer custom expeditions?

Yes, we design private expeditions for groups of six or more. Contact our planning team to discuss your vision, timeline, and budget. Custom trips require minimum eight weeks lead time.

Office visits are by appointment only. Our headquarters serves as an administrative base; expeditions depart from various locations throughout Western Canada as specified in trip details. For expedition-specific meeting points and logistics, please refer to your confirmation materials.
